The Cameo Spotlight #5 ~ Color Challenge

Happy World Card Making Day everyone!  Just a quick post today and I'll let you get back to your copics and foam dots;)  Today is the start of the next The Cameo Spotlight challenge and this time it's a color challenge!  The colors are rich red, deep orange, and harvest gold! (Remember with all the TCS color challenges, neutrals like black, white, and kraft are also fair game)

This particular challenge is especially fun for me because our prize sponsor is none other than Avery Elle!  It's been an Avery Elle kind of week for me:)  Avery Elle is offering a $15 GC for this challenge's winner!  Most of you know that Avery Elle offers clear stamps and cardstock, but did you also know that they offer coordinating cut files for their stamps...for free.  {Yeah, I said free!}  On to my card!

I love combining stamps and cut files, so I created this custom cut file that is meant to be used with Avery Elle's newly released set, To The Point (chevrons), and a previously released set, Framed Fonts (sentiment).  As I was stamping I was thinking how much fun it would be to try this design with blue, white, and silver for a winter snowflake!

If you want to download this design, click here or the pic below to get the studio cut file.  {Please review the terms of use for my cut files here}

That's it for me today!  Click on over to The Cameo Spotlight challenge site to see more challenge Silhouette creations from the TCS DT!  Then it will be your turn to create a  card or tag and link up!  I know a bunch of folks out there just got new Cameos, so I better see you over there!  You know who you are;)

Mahalo and aloha,
jj

  6. JJ, I love all those "points." Nice way to showcase the cut and have two points and every other one just one. (Does that sentence even make any sense? I think you know what I am saying :).
