Waiting for Daddy

At the risk of over exposure, I'm posting yet another card with that lovely window die cut!  You can't predict which way card inspiration will go, so I just tend to go with the flow.  This card was inspired by our crazy puppy Cooper (see his picture in the side bar to the right).  Most evenings when my husband comes home from work this is the scene in our front window.

It was a happy coincidence that Paper Cooper fit inside the window.  The curtains are cut freehand and the sentiment is embossed.  Nothing fancy here, but I really love this card:)

Thanks for visiting!

P.S. If you landed here searching for the Poppystamps Grand Madison die, definitely check out Kittie C. who is seriously a master at using this die!  jj

Stamps: Masculine Motifs (Papertrey Ink)

Paper: White, Ocean Tides, Enchanted Evening, Soft Stone (Papertrey Ink), Chipboard (Mark's Finest Papers), PP (My Minds Eye)
Embellishment: Embossing Powder
Tools: Poppystamps Grand Madison Die, Quickutz Dogs

  4. Love this card. Nothing cuter than a dog sitting in the window waiting for the family to come home. I'm really enjoying all your clever uses for that window die.
