Avery Elle Stamp Highlight: Oh Yeah

Hey there!  Technically it's August, but I'm sneaking in one more card from the last Avery Elle release:)   This adorable set is called Oh Yeah and it's got some matching dies too!  It's all about the matching dies, isn't it?

Even though fall is just around the corner here in Virginia, I've still got summer on my mind :)  When I saw the arrow die from this set, all I could think of was little houses!  Funny how the mind works sometimes.  So I reverse cut my "houses" along one edge of a panel.  I backed the reverse cut houses with woodgrain card stock for the roofs and tropical colored card stock for the body of the house.  Along the bottom of the card, I blended some sandy ink to complete the scene.  Can you feel the ocean breeze?

For the sentiment, all I needed was one word:)  Can I say (again) how much fun and easy these open dies are to use?  Centered die cuts every time.

Thank you so, so much for checking in!  And be on the lookout very soon for the new Avery Elle release!  I have something fun to share and I'm sooooo excited!

Mahalo and Aloha,
jj
